IGUANA YACHTS, ALWAYS AT THE CUTTING EDGE OF TECHNOLOGY

For the past 15 years, we have been dedicated to continuously enhancing our boats, striving for excellence in design, performance, and comfort. Our commitment to innovation drives us to explore and integrate the latest advancements, ensuring that every journey aboard our Iguanas is an unparalleled experience. We are always seeking new ways to improve, refining every detail to provide you with the highest level of quality, reliability, and enjoyment on the water. This time, we would like to present you the Humphree, a stabilizer designed to reduce buffeting, rolling and seasickness.

HUMPHREE: A STABILIZATION SYSTEM PERFECT FOR OUR BOATS

Founded in Sweden in 2022 by a team of experienced hydrodynamic and marine engineers specializing in high-speed marine propulsion and ship hydrodynamics since the early 1990s, Humphree is an advanced stabilization system designed to enhance the onboard experience. This innovative system features two blades mounted on the stern, which automatically adjust based on speed, lowering to optimize the vessel’s trim and improve wave penetration. It ensures a smoother, more comfortable ride by reducing buffeting and the risk of seasickness.

Mounted on the rear deck, we equip our Iguanas with two Humphree stabilizers. These are activated automatically or manually via the console, using one of the Garmin screens. Operation is highly intuitive, and maintenance is minimal, requiring only a rinse with fresh water, just like the rest of the boat. This is an option available on all our models.

The integration of Humphree L300 stabilizers proved to be simple and perfectly suited to our hulls. Their discreet installation, along with the ease of configuration and the system's intuitiveness, allowed for a quick commissioning. While sailing, we notice a significant improvement in stability, a reduction in bow rise during planing, and increased comfort, especially in rough sea conditions. It is a real added value for our amphibious yachts."
