REDEFINING SUSTAINABLE BOATING WITH IGUANA

Traditional boating relies on marinas, docks, and concrete infrastructure that permanently reshape coastlines and fragile marine ecosystems. Once moored, boats often remain in the water for months, requiring antifouling paints that gradually release harmful substances into the sea. And when we think about sustainable boating, we often focus on cleaner engines or alternative fuels.

At Iguana, we chose a different path.

A BOAT THAT RESPECTS THE COAST

Thanks to its patented amphibious mobility system, an Iguana does not depend on marinas or permanent infrastructure. It launches and lands directly from natural shorelines, preserving coastal environments while opening access to places conventional boats cannot reach.

Even on land, the environmental footprint remains minimal. The tracked mobility system distributes the boat’s weight so efficiently that it exerts a ground pressure comparable to a human footprint, allowing it to travel without damaging the nature.

LESS TIME IN THE WATER, LESS IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT

Because an Iguana can be stored safely on land, it spends significantly less time in the water than a conventional yacht.

This brings multiple environmental benefits: no antifouling coatings, reduced maintenance, better protection of the hull, and less pollution released into marine ecosystems throughout the boat’s lifetime.

It is a smarter way to own and a more responsible way to navigate.

THE NEXT CHAPTER OF SUSTAINABLE BOATING

Our commitment to innovation does not stop there. Building on our patented amphibious technology, Iguana has introduced the world’s first hybrid amphibious boat, integrating the advanced BlueNav electric propulsion system. The result is a quieter, cleaner boating experience with no noise, no fumes, and zero CO₂ emissions in electric mode, while optimizing energy management for every journey.

It is another step towards our vision of the future: making sustainable boating a reality without compromising freedom, performance, or adventure.

Because protecting the places we love to explore is the greatest journey of all.
