The Iguana X100 has been recognised by one of the marine industry’s top awards.
The Motor Boat and Yachting awards shortlisted the X100 in the superboat category along side only five other boats: Brabus Shadow 500 Black Ops, Fairline F//Line 33, Hinckley R34, Princess R35, Sunseeker Hawk 38 The MBY team commended the all new RIB from the pioneering brand for a design that not only has a more utilitarian look but the tubes also increase the stability and creates a drier ride. While the X100 is a stripped back model compared to the luxury Iguana Yachts traditionally manufacture, Hugo Andreae, MBY Author, compared it to a Land Rover Sport rather than a Land Rover Defender, with well considered features including a well protected helm and shock mitigating seats. Prices of the X100 start at €231,000, close enough to tempt owners of rival amphibious craft and some high-end RIBs to take a closer look. Check out the full MBY review here
